What are the odds on today being your birthday? 1 in 365, I would imagine. But whether or not it is your birthday, The Transformers want to make sure you celebrate it with one of their cards! Or at least, they did 20 years ago. Showcased here are three official Transformers birthday cards published in the UK in 1986/1987.

What a sinister greeting! “Enjoy Being 10 Years Old”? Clearly Galvatron isn’t going to let anyone reach eleven.

2. Silverbolt hopes, “Your Birthday is Out-of-this-World”!

I would never get in a car with a stranger, but being taken around the moon in a Concorde? Take me to the cockpit!

3. Rodimus Prime wishes, “A Really Supersonic Birthday”!

No, I wouldn’t get in the car with this stranger either. Prime can be as specific as he likes, but he can’t fulfill a supersonic birthday the way Silverbolt can!
