Ultra Magnus is a true hero. Not completely comfortable as a leader, but possesses innate leadership qualities. An expert at battlefield improvisation, and able to meld his troops into an effective force. Very sociable and charismatic, if a little sarcastic; able to relate to most other Autobots. His followers find comfort in him, as Ultra Magnus does not seek power or recognition. He is fair, courageous and resolute. Willing to sacrifice himself for the greater good.
Abilities: Transforms into a vehicle transporter that can reach speeds of 350 km/h with a range of 1 200 km. His armour is extremely dense and impervious to most forms of artillery. Armed with automatic-targeting combined superweapon. It consists of twin missile launchers that launch photon missiles (each equivalent to 50 tonnes of TNT) a distance of 50 km, a rapid-fire mortar cannon, and 60 000 volt lightning cannon.
Weaknesses: Has a habit of ignoring small problems until they become too difficult to resolve. Unable to deal with multiple situations that demand his attention at once.
