Apeface is a tactless, unmannerly miscreant. He will imperiously criticise, insult, spit fuel at and otherwise bowl down anyone in his path. And he won't change his lubricant, either. He carouses in the adverse reaction his repellent behaviour causes in others. Although his fellow Decepticons are rightly disgusted by his conduct, they soon warm to Apeface's cool professionalism when he begins a mission. Quite the team-player, Apeface can be relied upon to get a job done and when he does, he puts his bad habits to one side.

Abilities: Apeface's aircraft mode (used primarily for self-transport) is fueled by two liquid-hydrogen jet engines, allowing him to reach speeds of 5,000 km/h. In this mode, he is able to disorientate approaching aircraft by emitting powerful jamming frequencies from his nosecone. In ape mode, Apeface possesses startling strength and agility. He is particularly adept at climbing enemy installations and defences to facilitate his sabotage missions. In robot mode, he is armed with a sonic boomer gun that emits high amplitude waves of concentrated sound energy and wears an electro-shield on his shoulder.

Weaknesses: Apeface lacks any offensive capabilities in jet mode, making him a vulnerable target in the air.
